Teaser
Ein Teaser (engl. tease = ärgern) soll die besondere Aufmerksamkeit auf sich und das zu bewerbende Produkt ziehen, ohne jedoch eine konkrete Botschaft zu transportieren (außer: Interessiere Dich für mich!).
Er macht neugierig, ohne das eigentliche Produkt zu nennen oder zu zeigen.
Die Botschaft und der Name des Produktes folgen dann mit dem Rest des Werbemittels oder im Rahmen einer anderen Werbung.
“Bald ist es so weit...!”-Werbung, jetzt gerade wieder aktuell in Form der Golf- Werbung von VW.
Der Begriff “Teaser” wird auch bei den Appetizern der Kino- oder DVD-Werbung gebraucht, bei denen kurze Filmausschnitte Lust auf den ganzen Film machen sollen.
